Waist training is a gradual process of waist reduction using a corset. Wearing a tight waist trainer, while combining exercise and eating a healthy diet can radically reduce the waist. When you first receive your waist trainer, you may need assistance putting it on. We recommend wearing it 1-2 hours a day the first few days then begin wearing it 8-10 hours a day for maximum results.

Exchanges and returns are simple! Every order comes with an exchange/return card this is found opposite side of your order card. Simply fill that out and send it back to us. Please note if you wish to return the garment Squeez)Me(Skinny is not responsible to refund shipping cost accumulated on our end.  

All of our products are considered undergarments so therefore for hygiene reasons we can not accept exchanges or returns on used product please check our list of requirements to make sure this is met on your end.

All of our Waist Trainers have a size chart located on the product page. It is essential to refer to the size chart before ordering. If you carry most of your weight in your midsection, or if you’re on the border between sizes, choose a size up to ensure fit. If you need assistance with which size to get, please email squeezmeskinny@gmail.com with your measurements and we will be happy to assist you with a prompt response.

Shipping is provided by USPS priority mail. Processing time for all orders is 1-2 business days before shipping out. International shipping is 1-2 weeks. All orders will be emailed a tracking number once your item is shipped.

Due to the high demand of orders we receive, orders can not be changed once submitted. This includes size, color and shipping address. Please make sure the items in your cart are correct before submitting your order.
