How To Use Guide
Light Activity Sculpt Routine
Step 1: Apply Fat Burning Cream
Apply a thin, even layer to the waist and lower abdomen.
Allow 1–3 minutes for the warming sensation to activate.
Use a small amount — a little goes a long way.
Step 2: Apply Seaweed Wrap
Layer the Skin-Tightening Seaweed Wrap over the same area to support skin tightening and enhance heat activation.
Step 3: Put On 10” Maximum Compression Waist Trainer
Secure from bottom to top.
This style provides:

Step 4: Light Activity Only
Wear for 45–90 minutes during:

After Wear
