Workout Days (Light Activity Only)

Step 3: Put On 12” Long Torso Maximum Compression Waist Trainer
Secure your 12” Long Torso Maximum Compression Waist Trainer over the treated area, fastening from bottom to top.
This style provides:

It is designed for firm shaping and definition — not high-movement workouts.
Step 4: Light Activity Only
Wear for 45–90 minutes during:
• Walking
• Incline treadmill at low speed
• Household cleaning
• Errands
• Desk work
This style is not recommended for high-intensity training, heavy lifting, or fast-paced cardio, as excessive movement may cause the material to buckle. For intense workouts, the Active Girl sport style is recommended.
After Wear
Remove waist trainer and rinse off remaining product in the shower.
Cleanse skin thoroughly.
Hand wash your waist trainer to remove sweat and product buildup.
Allow it to air dry completely before next use.
Cooling & Recovery (Optional – Post Wear)
Apply the Tight & Toning Cooling Gel after showering to soothe, tighten, and refresh the skin.
Non-Workout Days
This style is ideal for daily shaping and light activity wear (2–4 hours).
For additional skin-tightening benefits, apply the Seaweed Wrap under the trainer without the Fat Burning Cream.
