Step 1: Start Small

Apply a small amount of the Tight & Toned Thermogenic Cream to the desired area (waist, stomach, thighs, arms, or glutes).

⚠️ This formula heats quickly and intensifies during movement.

Do not over-apply.

Allow 1–3 minutes for the warming sensation to activate.

Step 2: Massage In

Massage the cream into the skin using circular upward motions until fully absorbed.

You will begin to feel a deep warming sensation as circulation increases.

Step 3: Apply Seaweed Thermo Wrap

Wrap the Seaweed Thermo Wrap snugly around the treated area.

Make sure it is secure but not restricting circulation.

For maximum results, wear a waist trainer or sweat belt over the wrap to lock in heat.

Step 4: Move

Wear during:

• Cardio

• Weight training

• Walking

• Light daily activity

Recommended wear time: 45–90 minutes during workouts or up to 2–3 hours during light activity.

Step 5: Remove & Cleanse

After activity, remove the wrap and shower.

Rinse the area thoroughly and cleanse the skin.

Allow the wrap to air dry completely before next use.
