Step 1: Start Small

Apply a small amount to the desired area (waist, stomach, thighs, arms, etc.).

This formula is heat-activated and can become very warm. Starting with a small amount allows your body to adjust to the intensity.

Do not over-apply.

Step 2: Massage In

Rub the cream into the skin using circular motions until fully absorbed.

You will begin to feel a warming sensation within minutes as circulation increases and thermogenic activation begins.

Step 3: Activate

For best results, use before workouts to enhance sweat and definition.

You may layer a waist trainer, sweat belt, or wrap over the area to intensify heat activation.

Recommended wear time during activity: 45–90 minutes.

Step 4: After Use

Shower and rinse thoroughly after your workout.

Wash hands immediately after application and avoid contact with eyes or sensitive areas.
