So you slipped up and had a cheat meal. First thing you need to know its human, it happens and its part of the process anyways! Don't over think it. Just make sure you have a few things on hand to help you recover.  

One of the biggest things that happens with a cheat meal is you have big surge of sugar (blood glucose) that the body is not use to. Chromium is a great way to recover from it.It brings what is called Glut4 to the surface of the cell, Glut4 is a glucose transport molecules it helps pull glucose out of the blood stream.
