10" New Year New Me. Sports Pack

Why It’s Perfect for the Active Girl

This waist trainer is built differently. It combines high-power latex for serious sculpting compression with an outer layer of sweat-wicking Lycra that keeps it breathable and durable during movement. The flexible structure moves with your body — not against it — so you can train hard, stay supported, and lock in heat without feeling restricted.

Step 1: Apply Fat Burning Cream

Apply a thin, even layer of the Fat Burning Cream to your waist and lower abdomen.

Allow 1–3 minutes for the warming sensation to activate.

Do not over-apply — a small amount is effective.

Step 2: Apply Seaweed Wrap

Layer the Skin-Tightening Seaweed Wrap over the same area.

This helps improve the appearance of skin elasticity, supports collagen production, and enhances sweat during your workout.

Step 3: Put On 10” Active Girl Waist Trainer

Secure your 10” Sport Active Girl Waist Trainer over the treated area, fastening from bottom to top.

This style features:

• High-power latex for sculpting compression

• An outer layer of sweat-wicking Lycra

• Flexible structure designed for movement

It locks in heat while allowing mobility — perfect for active training sessions.

Step 4: Train

Wear during your workout (45–90 minutes).

Best for:

• Cardio

• Weight training

• Core workouts

• Stair sessions

• Active gym days

Add your Resistance Bands during lower body exercises to enhance glute activation and build curves while slimming the waist.

After Workout

Remove waist trainer and rinse off remaining product in the shower.

Cleanse skin thoroughly.

Hand wash your waist trainer to remove sweat and product buildup.

Allow it to air dry completely before next use.

Cooling & Recovery (Optional – Post Workout)

Apply the Tight & Toning Cooling Gel to the waist after showering.

This helps soothe the skin, tighten the appearance of the midsection, and calm heat from your sculpt session.

Non-Workout Days

You may wear the waist trainer alone for light activity or daily wear (2–4 hours).

For added skin-tightening benefits, apply the Seaweed Wrap under the trainer without the Fat Burning Cream.

Consistency is key for visible sculpting results.
