This package includes our 10” Maximum Compression Waist Trainer, Fat Burning Cream, Skin-Tightening Seaweed Wrap, Resistance Bands, and Tight & Toning Cooling Gel for a complete sculpting system from activation to recovery.

Waist Trainer Recommendation:

Choose the 10” style if you want full waist coverage without the extra length of a long torso. Ideal for average torso lengths and women wanting a balanced, all-over midsection squeeze.

Step 1: Apply Fat Burning Cream

Apply a thin, even layer to the waist and lower abdomen.

Allow 1–3 minutes for the warming sensation to activate.

Use a small amount — a little goes a long way.

Step 2: Apply Seaweed Wrap

Layer the Skin-Tightening Seaweed Wrap over the same area to support skin tightening and enhance heat activation.

Step 3: Put On 10” Maximum Compression Waist Trainer

Secure from bottom to top.

This style provides:

Step 4: Light Activity Only

Wear for 45–90 minutes during:

After Wear

Remove waist trainer and rinse off remaining product.

Cleanse skin thoroughly.

Hand wash waist trainer and allow it to air dry completely.

Cooling & Recovery

Apply Tight & Toning Cooling Gel after showering to soothe and tighten the appearance of the midsection.
