- In the package, please make sure to include your exchange card with your order number and full name
- Must be within 30 days of ordering the product and all requirements must be met below

Returns are subject to quality approval by our returns department. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

- Tag attached in original place
- Free of hair and odors
- No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
- Original Packaging
- Sewn in tags attached
- Not bent in half to ship back

- No returns or exchanges on orders after 30 days.
- Squeez Me Skinny offers refunds however we do not refund shipping charges on packages already shipped out from our facility.

Lost Packages
- The customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with the USPS or UPS in the event of a lost / misplaced package. We provide tracking for every order.
- Squeez)Me(Skinny is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
- Squeez)Me(Skinny is not responsible for packages once they are in the hand of the carrier.
