Lost Packages 

  • The customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with the USPS or UPS in the event of a lost / misplaced package. We provide tracking for every order.
  • Squeez)Me(Skinny is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
  • Squeez)Me(Skinny is not responsible for packages once they are in the hand of the carrier.

  • In the package, include your order number and full name
  • Must be within 30 days of receiving product and all requirements must be ment below

Returns are subject to quality approval by our returns department. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Free of hair and odors
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
  • Original Packaging
  • Sewn in tags attached
  • Not bent in half to ship back
  • Within 30 days of purchase


PLEASE NOTE: All of our products are considered undergarments so therefore for hygiene reasons we can not accept exchanges longer then this time frame.
